Overall Experience

Seems to work well. The fence alert actually works with this new update. The only problem I have ever had was with my hardware/transmitter device... It just needed to be reset. Hope that doesn't happen on a day my truck gets stolen!! I feel like there could be a better was to search out dates that the tracker was moved... Instead of having to know the exact date you need to look at. I have been using this device for my hours worked on a job, as my GPS unit is on my work truck! Overall 👍.

Payment and Customer Service

Initial issue using payment card, company courteously provided a 5 day trial while investigating card issue, after which, no issue with payment. Overall, a great product with excellent customer service.

Battery Life and Signal Coverage

Battery life of the device is far better than imagined (fantastic) even with 60 second updates. Magnet is strong with no concerns of falling off. Only small issue concerning rural areas with low signal coverage, not a major concern, as device is soon picked up outside such a small blind spot.

Ease of Use

It is very easy to use. I do have one question though, how do I know when the battery needs to be charged? Thank you. The app is good although when I look at the previous days history it seems to bring up the current day. If I want to go through the history I have to go back one day further to see the actual day....no biggie. I paid for the 3 minute updates but sometimes it's much longer than 3 minutes but again it does bother me. Overall I'm very pleased with the whole set up and it's well worth the money.

Business and Family Use

I have used these products for years in my business, and for my family. Nowadays, it's good to have something like this as our family keeps track of one another for safety sake, as well as knowing where the business vehicles are. Thank you for your great service!

Pricing and Features

This entire system works great and its probably cheaper overall than any of the others i looked at. $24.95 for the unit plus $8.95 per month. I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone. And no one asked me to write this review. Been using the 54 GPS tracker for a few years i have two, one is just a spare. I'm on the highest plan at 3 seconds update but only use it now and then on my bike. A bit expensive for what I'm using it for but it's very accurate and waterproof in the event my bike is stolen. By bike I mean Bicycle it's an e-bike. I'd be able to locate it. Probably the best GPS tracker you'll find. Use this for international travel works great. Easy to set up and use very flexible with subscription service. You can turn on or off service monthly when needed very easily. Will be purchasing more for sure. Great experience, more accurate than the in car app I have in my vehicles built in manufacturer fitted hardware and app so highly recommend.

Customer Support

So far so good. Have had the device and the app for about a week and I am very pleased at this point. Now 6 months in and everything working fine! Had occasion to call customer service recently for support. My unit had run out of power after an extended vacation. Upon return unit wouldn't charge. Thought it would have to replaced but as it was still under warranty I called support. They emailed some instructions for a fix and unit was up and running in minutes.

Final Thoughts

I highly recommend this product, been using it for awhile now, and really love it. I even use the satellite when I submit my report. I love it and you will also. Love this app. I was able to locate my car in a mall parking garage after it was stolen from the airport. This GPS was so accurate. The app is easy to use and allows me to update settings on my tracker. It works with the system that I have. It has a bit of lag. But it is easily fixed with a reboot. This has been a good learning experience! I rated this GPS and service shortly after I had started using it, I was paying $20 a month for the service. It was so slow but that was because I was only paying $20 a month the more I paid the faster it went which was much better and the battery life last for much longer than two weeks mine has lasted as much as a month of course the faster it updates the more the battery goes. I highly recommend this app and device. It's very easy to use!! Hooked it to my rental. Now there's no worries!! I also will buy the adapter to permanently have it plugged in so as not to bother with charging!! Awesome purchase!!.
